Role Description We are looking for a seasoned Hollywood executive to own our studio and streaming partnerships. This is a senior commercial role for someone who has operated at the highest levels of the entertainment industry and is ready to bring that network to bear on something genuinely new. - Own Hollywood partnership revenue end-to-end - pipeline, negotiation, close, expansion - Build and manage executive relationships across studios, networks, streamers, and agencies - Position Artlist as the preferred AI creative technology partner for Hollywood - Structure and close enterprise licensing and commercial agreements - Represent Artlist at the highest levels of the entertainment industry Qualifications - 10+ years in senior BD, strategy, or partnerships at a major studio, streamer, or network - Executive-level relationships across the studio system - you know the decision-makers, and they know you - Proven track record closing high-value deals: licensing, enterprise partnerships, strategic agreements - Deep fluency in Hollywood's business and production landscape - Credibility with both creative and business stakeholders Requirements - A Strong Plus: - Experience in entertainment technology or AI-driven creative tools - Entrepreneurial background - a founder, early-stage operator, or someone who has built something from scratch inside a large organization - Existing relationships with agency leadership (CAA, WME, UTA) - Former Head of Studio at a major entertainment company - Ideal Backgrounds: - Senior executive in Business Development, Strategy, or Partnerships at a major studio, streaming platform, or production company. Compensation Base Salary: $160,000–$250,000 USD annually. This range reflects a position based in Los Angeles, CA. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
