Job Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language proficiency, with a strong understanding of German business culture, communication styles, and professional etiquette, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders across the DACH region.
  • Commercial experience in the German market, with a proven ability to build relationships, navigate local business practices, and operate successfully within the DACH commercial landscape (e.g., sales, customer success, partnerships, or account management).
  • High self-motivation, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging new contacts
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales automation platforms is helpful
  • Interest in cybersecurity or technical learning is appreciated but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written German communication skills (native)
