Specialty Therapist

Arc Partnership

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide relevant education. • Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities. • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals. • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation. • Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. • Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed. • Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices. • Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH. • Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
  • Licensed or Licensed Eligible as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board
  • One or more of the following populations: Children/Adolescents, Trauma, Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), Adults, Elderly, etc.

Role Description As a Utilization Management Behavioral Health Care Advocate, you will be responsible for pre-certification / prior authorization review of behavioral health and substance abuse cases. You'll have a direct impact on the lives of our members as you recommend and manage the appropriate level of care throughout the entire treatment plan. This team does NOT operate in an inbound phone queue environment. This work-from-home position requires a schedule of Monday - Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm Central Time and working 3 holidays per year based on business needs.
