Job Requirements
- Proficient in Programming Language — Python or TypeScript ideal, but real depth in one matters more
- Ability to read code and translate it into documentation
- Genuine interest in documentation and compliance setups
- Strong automation mindset
- In-depth security knowledge of AI systems with hands-on experience
- Exposure to Regulatory and Compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, ISO Standards, Data Act, CRA)
- Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus

Role Description The FEA Process Engineer will support the business by managing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) activity, strengthening analysis processes, and providing technical engineering support across product development, design validation, testing, and manufacturing requirements.
