• Own the compliance knowledge base: collect, organize, structure, and continuously validate information • Design and run the process for updates to the knowledge base • Build automations that extract information from code, systems, and processes • Translate technical reality into clear, structured documentation • Act as the engineering-side link to Compliance and Legal teams
• Own and optimize Noxtua's infrastructure across OTC and our self-hosted GPU servers — ensuring efficient architecture, reliable operation, and cost control. • Lead and grow a team of 4–5 DevOps engineers, setting technical direction, supporting their development, and having a strong ownership mindset. • Operate our self-managed GPU server fleet — provisioning, driver installation, hardening, and connectivity via Ansible — and manage provider SLAs to keep heavy AI workloads running reliably. • Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform & Ansible). • Run our container platform on Kubernetes, support teams with Docker, and keep our services (APIs) stable, accessible, and secure. • Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure system reliability and performance. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with the development and AI teams to automate deployments and support AI-driven workloads.
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end ETL pipelines for legal data from multiple jurisdictions, including cleaning, transformation, chunking, validation, embedding, and ingestion into vector databases • Work extensively with XML-based legal data feeds: parse, validate, normalize, and transform XML structures into scalable internal schemas and unified document formats • Develop and maintain data models and storage schemas that support continuously updated datasets while ensuring consistency, scalability, and accuracy across diverse datasets and large amounts of data • Coordinate data handover and integration from multiple internal and external data providers, including official sources, APIs, and web scraping pipelines, ensuring reliable and timely updates • Implement and continuously refine metadata enrichment strategies to maximize searchability, ranking quality, and relevance of legal information in vector databases. • Build and maintain a high-performance search and retrieval infrastructure enabling agent-based systems to call search functions and retrieve the most relevant legal information efficiently • Collaborate with product, AI, and legal domain experts to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions • Own the data integration of one jurisdiction end-to-end
• Build and scale a sales enablement stream: develop workshop concepts, presentation templates, and training materials for the sales teams across Europe • Deliver workshops and training sessions for multiple countries - covering both legal subject matter and the practical use of the Noxtua platform • Own quality management and version evaluation: systematically review new Noxtua releases against legal benchmarks and test sets, and ensure professional output quality • Develop legal use cases and proofs-of-concept in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and AI - from requirements capture through to validation • Work closely with Partner Success, Sales, and Marketing to continuously improve onboarding materials, demo scenarios, and partner-facing documentation
• Develop and maintain AI features from researching to building a POC and productionizing them • Assess the technical feasibility of customer Feature requests using AI solutions • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into well-architected, reliable software • Partner with the AI Core Team on adoption, ensuring an approach fits into the agentic system design • Participate in code reviews • Create measurements and evaluations for the accuracy of the model’s predictions • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt across the stack
