Solution Architect
Domino Data Lab
• Design and deliver solution architectures that integrate Domino into customer IT landscapes across infrastructure, data, identity, and security. • Build, test, and document new field integrations with ecosystem technologies, and enable the broader Solutions team on them. • Partner with account and sales-engineering teams on scoping, custom demos, and proofs of concept that address real customer use cases. • Create reproducible, well-tested artifacts — reference architectures, integration templates, runbooks — that improve delivery consistency. • Gather field requirements and feature requests and translate them into actionable input for Product and Engineering. • Continuously grow across cloud, Kubernetes, data, and AI/ML tooling, applying new skills directly in customer solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years professional technical experience, including 1+ year in a client-facing consulting/solutions role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in complex, often regulated, enterprise IT environments.
- Hands-on DevOps experience with Kubernetes, including managed offerings (EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong Linux fundamentals; distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Dask) a plus.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, identity providers (SAML/OIDC, Keycloak), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Programming experience in Python and/or R (Bash/Terraform a plus).
- Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into secure, compliant architectures.
- Hands-on AI/ML or data platform experience (Domino or comparable tooling) a strong plus.
- Excellent communication: able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
