The Senior Network Engineer will take on a leadership role in designing and implementing cutting-edge enterprise networks while providing crucial support to our networking practice. Responsibilities - Lead technical discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications such as the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for clients. - Design, implement and transition firewalls, switches, access points, and other network solutions to meet the needs of customers. - Troubleshoots LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and VoIP equipment, including a broad range of devices (Predominantly Fortinet). - Develop and maintain technical deliverables including network assessments, capacity planning, detailed design documents, implementation/test plans configuration templates and scripts. - Engage in peer review sessions to aid fellow engineers in optimizing the quality of their deliverables. - Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents. - Maintain up-to-date industry certifications.
