Wir denken Tracking ganzheitlich – von Setup und Server-Side-Implementierung über Consent Management bis hin zu sauberen Schnittstellen zwischen Shopsystem, CRM und Ad-Plattformen. Du analysierst bestehende Tracking-Setups, entwickelst sie strategisch weiter und schaffst eine Infrastruktur, auf der skalierbares Wachstum überhaupt erst möglich wird. Qualifications - Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Webtracking oder Performance Marketing. - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Google Analytics (idealerweise GA4). - Strukturierte, organisierte und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise. - Starkes betriebswirtschaftliches Denken sowie ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten. - Hoher Serviceanspruch und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden. - Teamfähigkeit, klare Kommunikation sowie hohe Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung. - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Requirements - Tracking-Setup & Architektur: Du baust neue Tracking-Setups auf (in der Regel via Google Tag Manager) und entwickelst bestehende Implementierungen strategisch weiter. - Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Du überwachst laufende Tracking-Setups, analysierst Fehlerquellen und behebst Issues in Pixel-, Tag- und Analytics-Implementierungen strukturiert und nachhaltig. - Analytics & Pixel Management: Du pflegst und optimierst bestehende Google-Analytics- sowie Marketing-Pixel-Implementierungen und stellst eine saubere, valide Datengrundlage sicher. - Innovation & Automatisierung: Du entwickelst den Tracking-Bereich aktiv weiter – von Automatisierungen und Custom Templates bis hin zur Konzeption kleiner Tracking-Produkte, die unsere Agentur technologisch nach vorne bringen. • Working with the product team to develop new features focused on improving the user experience • Improving existing features and working on streamlining client implementations through improved tools • Improving our technical architecture and building out a continuous integration pipeline • Modernizing our front-end in new frameworks • Everything else - our team is small and you'll likely be involved in almost every tech related thing going on

• Managing the complete software development process from conception to delivery • Taking responsibility for all development work and ownership of complete quality control of services • Owning risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the architecture • Enable the business units by supplying a rapidly deliverable solution architecture • Understand the team's capabilities and engage where necessary to promote lead practice and learning • Owning, democratizing the High-Level Architecture and keeping it well documented • Attending meetings with peers and other functions to meet the tight deadlines • Staying up to date with new technology and teaching other developers how to incorporate recent trends • Deliver and guide the design of the infrastructure • Responsible for the quality of the project deliverables against requirements • Build internal confidence and ensure team success with solid technical skills and knowledge • Mentor team members (developers) to acquire your knowledge while growing into a more senior role.

• Deliver against a fully specified solution plan, working autonomously and progressing build phases independently • Provision and manage Azure PaaS cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, search, serverless functions, static hosting) using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates • Develop secure backend services and API layers using Node.js or Python, including data persistence and audit logging structures • Extend and enhance the existing React 18 / TypeScript / Vite frontend without rewriting the codebase • Implement enterprise authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MSAL.js, and OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows with role-based access control • Design and integrate agentic AI workflows, orchestrating multiple AI agents with distinct knowledge sources and behaviours • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, including telemetry, monitoring, and structured logging • Implement scalable architecture including load balancing, traffic management, and horizontal scaling • Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance in a multi-user environment • Proactively identify risks and propose improvements to architecture and implementation approaches
