• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tooling used across product development teams • Improve infrastructure powering component distribution, asset management, documentation, and release workflows • Support and evolve the engineering monorepo, helping improve scalability, maintainability, and developer experience • Collaborate with frontend engineers and designers to ensure shared patterns and tooling are implemented consistently across products • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing, and deployment processes using tools like GitHub Actions • Help improve the reliability and performance of internal systems, including observability and monitoring workflows • Support engineers across product teams with adoption and integration of shared tooling and services • Contribute to documentation and developer tooling to improve discoverability and onboarding • Work on ongoing platform improvements, including: • Migration of legacy code and tooling • Documentation platform enhancements • Automation improvements • Sandbox and developer tooling improvements • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute practical, scalable engineering solutions
• Design intuitive and scalable integrations experiences across discovery, setup, configuration, permissions, and management flows • Help evolve shared UX patterns across integrations surfaces, including Apps & Integrations, Automations, admin experiences, and Typeform AI connectors • Lead end to end design work, from discovery and ideation through to execution and iteration • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to shape requirements early and reduce ambiguity during delivery • Plan and run workshops, user research sessions, usability testing, and design walkthroughs • Contribute to and leverage the Design System to create reusable patterns that scale across the platform • Help improve how customers discover, connect, and activate integrations across different parts of the product • Influence the long term design direction for scalable connection management and integrations platform experiences • Work on cross functional journeys where Integrations intersects with Workflows, Automations, response data, and AI powered experiences
• Own the onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement product experience end to end • Build and drive an integrated growth roadmap alongside Lifecycle Marketing and PMM • Define product strategy for your area, grounded in customer insight, business impact, and data • Identify friction points across the user journey and turn them into fast, testable opportunities • Lead experimentation across onboarding flows, engagement loops, and retention initiatives • Partner closely with Research and Data to deeply understand customer behavior and usage patterns • Bring structure and clarity to prioritization, helping teams focus on the highest impact opportunities • Drive measurable improvements across activation, repeat usage, and engagement metrics • Influence cross functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Leadership to create shared accountability around growth outcomes • Raise the quality bar across product thinking, experimentation, and execution discipline
• Own Typeform’s editorial roadmap and calendar across newsletters, blogs, reports, thought leadership, and long form storytelling • Lead editorial direction across campaigns, product storytelling, research content, and executive thought leadership • Act as the primary editor and final quality reviewer for key written content across the business • Shape complex ideas, data, and product narratives into clear, engaging, and differentiated stories • Establish editorial standards, workflows, and review processes that improve consistency and scalability • Manage freelancers, agencies, and external writers, providing direction, feedback, and quality control • Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Product, and Growth teams to align storytelling across channels • Support SEO and product led content initiatives as we expand content production at scale • Help build repeatable systems for AI assisted editorial workflows while maintaining a high quality bar • Identify storytelling opportunities based on audience insights, performance data, market trends, and product direction
• Own the day to day execution of Typeform’s branded social channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other priority platforms • Manage the social calendar and maintain a clear publishing rhythm across channels • Partner with cross functional teams on launches, campaigns, product updates, leadership moments, and company initiatives to identify social opportunities • Write and adapt social copy across different channels, audiences, and formats • Brief Creative teams on social assets and help shape content for platform specific formats • Manage social workflows from intake to publishing, ensuring strong organization and operational rigor throughout • Support reporting and performance tracking across branded social and employee advocacy programs • Help build and scale employee advocacy programs, including onboarding participants, coordinating activations, and supporting publishing • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform changes to identify opportunities for more effective social storytelling • Help evolve repeatable workflows, templates, and systems that make social execution more scalable over time
• Own both data out and data in integrations end to end, and drive the strategy in line with the Workflow Automations group vision and priorities • Build and maintain traditional API integrations, as well as agentic MCP based integrations • Evolve the platform so customers, partners, and agents can build on it with confidence • Deepen priority integrations, the ones that move the most business, and define how new ones are onboarded • Partner with Automations to make integrations the substrate AI agents act through, without fragmenting the surface • Set the architectural direction for the integrations platform remit, partnering closely with engineering on the trade offs that come with it • Define and own the next phase of Integrations, with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing • Influence group level decisions through compelling storytelling and strategic framing • Monitor competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations, including the fast moving AI landscape, to identify opportunities and guide strategy • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, sales, and Partnerships to align on priorities and technical direction • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision making
• Define and drive the strategy for Data Capture in line with the Group's vision and priorities, with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing for 2026 and 2027 • Lead the replatforming of the surface into composable primitives consumable across multiple surfaces in the organisation • Define and ship the AI-native evolution of Data Capture: Smart Blocks, AI-moderated interviews, voice and video respondent flows, and the primitives that make them composable • Partner with Typeform AI to land agentic respondent experiences in production at the scale of 500 million responses a year, without fragmenting the core platform • Hold the quality bar across the group on specs, discovery, instrumentation, and craft • Partner closely with engineering on architectural decisions that shape the future of the platform • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, and product leadership to align on priorities and technical direction • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision making. • Use data and customer insight to identify opportunities and measure product impact. • Show strong ownership and high agency: proactively identify risks, unblock teams, and push things forward • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, and sales to align on priorities and technical direction • Monitor competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations to identify opportunities and guide strategy
