The Mission Systems S/4 HANA Boundary Applications Integration Lead will support the Mission Systems ERP transformation by coordinating boundary application integration and deployment readiness across the Mission Systems digital ecosystem. This role ensures operational systems remain aligned and integrated as the organization transitions to a unified SAP S/4HANA environment. Reporting to Mission Systems PST S/4HANA Program leadership, the role focuses on integration planning, deployment sequencing, and cross-system coordination required to support the OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation (PST) program. This position operates in a highly complex environment where legacy and enterprise platforms must remain synchronized while the digital architecture evolves. This is a REMOTE role and may be based at any domestic Mission Systems location or operate fully remote. What You Will Do Support one of Mission Systems’ most complex digital transformations by coordinating the integration of critical operational systems across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program execution as enterprise ERP capabilities are implemented. Boundary Application Integration & Deployment Execution - Coordinate boundary application integration activities in support of the OneRTX ERP transformation and SAP S/4HANA deployment roadmap. - Support deployment sequencing and readiness planning to ensure application dependencies align with enterprise deployment waves. - Identify and manage integration dependencies between SAP S/4HANA and supporting operational systems. - Drive resolution of integration challenges between enterprise ERP capabilities and legacy platforms. - Partner with technical and functional teams to maintain operational continuity during deployments. Mission Systems Application Ecosystem Coordination - Maintain visibility into the Mission Systems application landscape across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program operations. - Coordinate integration readiness across applications interacting with enterprise ERP capabilities. - Partner with enterprise architects, system owners, and transformation leadership to align integration with long-term architecture objectives. - Support integration planning across systems including manufacturing execution, engineering platforms, supply chain applications, and operational tools. Data Alignment & Operational Continuity - Support activities that ensure operational data remains aligned between SAP S/4HANA and boundary applications. - Coordinate targeted data reconciliation activities during system integration or migration. - Help maintain continuity of key business objects such as materials, suppliers, customers, and bills of materials across systems. Governance, Security & Compliance - Ensure integration approaches align with RTX standards for security, data governance, and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate integration patterns across environments handling export-controlled, classified, and ITAR-sensitive data. - Support implementation of role-based access controls across integrated systems. Organizational Alignment & Change Execution - Partner with Mission Systems leaders and site teams to coordinate application readiness for ERP deployment. - Support communication and training related to changes in system interactions and workflows. - Ensure boundary application integration activities align with broader ERP transformation milestones. Integration Complexity & Operational Environment - Coordinate integration across multiple ERP instances and operational domains as Mission Systems progresses toward a unified SAP S/4HANA environment. - Navigate complex system interactions spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program execution. - Support environments where legacy systems must remain operational while enterprise platforms modernize. - Work across organizations to manage integration impacts across secure networks, export-controlled environments, and mixed-domain architectures. Travel up to 50% (domestic and international) Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience. - 10 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, application integration, or digital transformation initiatives in complex operational environments. - Demonstrated ability to operate in highly integrated Aerospace & Defense environments involving cross-domain interactions, regulatory compliance, export controls, and secure data flows. - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
