• Keep administrative workflows, operations, and day-to-day communications flowing seamlessly between ownership, leadership, the dispatcher, and the active fleet. • Stand ready to step in confidently and cover load-board bookings whenever the dispatcher is unavailable, ensuring zero downtime for our trucks. • Monitor, screen, and professionally return broker phone calls promptly via a dedicated Google Voice line. • Take point on successfully onboarding new drivers while simultaneously designing and building a repeatable, structured driver onboarding system from scratch. • Proactively audit daily workflows, identify operational gaps, and design sustainable processes to close them.

Job Requirements

  • Freight & Logistics Industry Mastery: Direct, proven experience in the US freight, logistics, or trucking sectors. You must understand industry standards and speak the language fluently from Day 1.
  • System-Builder Mentality: Strong operational instincts with a track record of creating reproducible SOPs and workflows rather than just executing manual tasks.
  • Direct Communication Style: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Your communication is clear, concise, professional, and entirely free of fluff or dropped balls.
  • High-Accountability Mindset: Highly organized and detail-driven. You naturally notice what others miss, take complete ownership of metrics, and focus entirely on clean outcomes.

Role Description Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Executive Assistant Compensation Range: $1500 AUD - $2500 AUD / Monthly Work Schedule: Full-time, This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. This is a broad EA role supporting the Director across email management, calendar coordination, reporting, and operational admin. You'll be the connective tissue of a busy business, keeping things organised, flagging what matters, and proactively handling tasks before they become problems. The ideal candidate is experienced, autonomous, and comfortable picking up new systems quickly. You'll hit the ground running and grow the scope of the role over time.
