Job Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Business Advisor in a related (preferably Sign) industry; experience in franchising a plus.
- Proficiency in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
- Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding.
- Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices.
- Ability to advise on labor, vendor/supplier procurement challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures.
- Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office products.
- Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel minimum of 50%.
- Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale, and accounting software.

Role Description The Field Service Engineer II for Leica Biosystems is responsible for supporting the needs of our customers, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being. This position is part of the Service Organization and will work remotely out of Orlando or Jacksonville, FL. You will be a part of the Field Service Team and report to the Regional Field Service Manager responsible for troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Provide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on 1-2 groups of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments. - Document and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policies. - Actively support the sale of service contracts, assist sales representatives & service team members with system configurations/upgrades, and provide feedback on ways to improve financial performance to generate service revenue. Qualifications - Associate’s degree with 3+ years of field service experience or related field - OR Bachelor’s Degree in Science with 1+ year of experience or related field - OR equivalent military experience (working on any mechanical, technical, laboratory, pneumatic or any related instruments). Requirements - This position requires up to 90% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays.
