As an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant with Hungarian, your responsibilities include: - Performing the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP shared platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service. - Working on several modules of SAP HR: PA, PY, PT. - Planning the parametrization and defining business based on the taking of requirements. - Resolving complex problems related to the functional environment of the application. - Monitoring HRSP implementation and performing customization required based on legal changes. - Completing presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements. - Ensuring proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production). - Solving complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country. - Business analysis concerning the area of human resources and payroll. - Preparation of test scripts. - Testing of implemented changes. Qualifications - Proven payroll experience along with deep knowledge in PY schema configuration. - 4+ years as functional payroll solution SAP consultant. - Advanced level of English and Hungarian. - Motivation and desire for improvement. - Deep knowledge in Hungarian Payroll and legal reporting. - ABAP debugging or programming skills are a big plus. - Capacity for analysis and synthesis. - Ability to perform the work with quality, conforming to the standards of STRADA. - Time management: compliance dates/deadlines. - Knowledge of ERP methodology (various ERPs). - Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll Operations.
