• Lead Enterprise Customer Implementations: Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation process for strategic enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment, platform integration, and alignment to the customer’s business goals. • Drive Adoption and Long-Term Customer Value: Partner with customers throughout the full lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion and optimization, to drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business impact across technical and business teams. • Serve as a Senior Technical Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Builder’s platform, helping customers identify high-value use cases, apply best practices, and translate product capabilities into scalable implementation patterns. • Design and Deliver High-Impact Enablement: Lead onboarding sessions, technical workshops, advanced trainings, executive briefings, and hands-on enablement engagements for audiences ranging from senior stakeholders to developers and working teams. • Own Advanced Troubleshooting and Technical Escalations: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, partnering with customers, Support, Product, and Engineering to diagnose challenges, unblock implementations, and deliver high-quality resolutions. • Influence Product and Technical Roadmap: Synthesize customer feedback, implementation patterns, and emerging use cases across accounts, and partner with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities, product improvements, and customer experience enhancements. • Develop Scalable Resources and Best Practices: Create and improve enablement assets, documentation, playbooks, code samples, implementation guides, and repeatable frameworks that help customers adopt Builder successfully at scale. • Partner Cross-Functionally to Deliver Customer Outcomes: Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent customer experiences, and strong execution against strategic customer goals.
• Design and build the APIs, and SDKs that power Publish, ensuring they are scalable, well-documented, and reliable for the engineering teams that integrate them into their own codebases. • Contribute to the agentic future of Publish, building the backend infrastructure and APIs that will power AI-driven content creation, management, and publishing workflows. • Act as a technical bridge between the platform and the customer, translating complex enterprise requirements into scalable solutions and shortening the feedback loop between user pain and feature release. • Navigate the complexity of a visual CMS at scale. You are not just shipping features; you are building a platform that must render reliably and integrate seamlessly across wildly diverse customer tech stacks, hosting environments, and design systems. • Shape the technical direction of the Publish platform, leading through code reviews, pair programming, and taking proactive ownership of technical debt and quality issues. You will help raise the technical bar through design docs, architectural decisions, and giving substantive feedback on others' designs. • Drive drama-free launches, anticipating edge cases, surfacing risks early, scoping projects to the right balance of effort and value, and delivering work that stands up to scrutiny.
• Build and ship features across the Publish platform, spanning the visual editing experience, component rendering, and the integrations that make Publish work across diverse customer tech stacks, owning implementation, testing, and production verification. • Work at the intersection of developer infrastructure and non-technical UX, contributing to the hard problem of making a component-driven, code-backed CMS feel seamless for marketers while staying reliable and composable for engineering teams. • Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into well-scoped solutions, surfacing edge cases early and making sensible trade-offs between speed and quality. • Contribute to customer-facing integrations across frameworks, hosting environments, and design systems, ensuring Publish works reliably in the real-world environments our enterprise customers bring. • Participate in the customer feedback loop, reviewing customer session recordings to understand friction, then connecting those insights directly to the features you are building. • Write clean, performant, maintainable code, with particular attention to browser rendering, real-time preview, and component serialization challenges unique to a visual CMS. • Collaborate actively across a global team, writing clear context, reviewing peers' code thoughtfully, and continuously raising the quality bar.
• Hire, develop, and coach your team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives • Partner x-functionally to drive a team-based approach to winning and growing enterprise accounts • Drive operational excellence through a tight operating rhythm and structured sales process • Be a product expert and feel comfortable assisting your team in generating, advancing, and closing strategic deals • Accurately assess the skills, motivators, and career goals of each team member and provide ongoing coaching to improve their performance and support their career path • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against company targets • Perform regular pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and accurately forecast sales pipeline • Achieve consistent Pipeline Generation results through the development and execution of effective plans, and enablement • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Builder’s product, value drivers, competitors
• Manage a book of business including some of our largest, most strategic customers to date • Nurture existing customer relationships across varying levels of any organization, including the C-suite • Project manage completion of technical implementation steps alongside Customer Engineering • Monitor new and existing customer performance and address any open issues to ensure timely resolution and great customer experience • Work with your manager to identify compelling plans for continued growth across your customer base • Be consistently focused on retaining and exceeding the company's customer retention through value-driven activities • Work closely with the product and engineering team to influence new product features and functionality based on customer feedback • Share best practices, strategize with customers on digital priorities and investments to drive growth • Maintain an expert level understanding of the Builder product, along with larger e-commerce & product industry knowledge • Bring your thinking, strategy and ideas to the team to advance our creative culture and vision for the future

• Own core accounting workflows, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue-related processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP. • Own and execute key components of the month-end close process, including preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger activity to support internal reporting and decision-making. • Support financial audits and tax compliance, preparing documentation and schedules as needed. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and ensure accounting processes scale effectively with the business. • Leverage AI, automation, and modern finance tools to improve accounting workflows and efficiency.
• Define and continuously refine Builder’s positioning as the AI product development platform, establishing a clear, durable, and differentiated narrative in the market. • Translate Context, Collaboration, and Trust into compelling enterprise value aligned to executive priorities such as velocity, capital efficiency, governance, and risk reduction. • Shape category language and competitive positioning against AI IDEs, AI prototyping tools, autonomous agents, and headless CMS platforms. • Own Builder’s analyst relations strategy, including executive briefings and proactive engagement with firms such as Gartner and Forrester. • Lead go-to-market strategy for major product releases, partnering with Product on packaging, pricing, and value communication. • Develop persona-specific messaging for engineering leadership, platform/frontend leaders, design system owners, product stakeholders, and marketing teams. • Equip Sales and Field teams with strategic positioning frameworks, executive narratives, objection handling, and competitive intelligence that increases win rates in complex enterprise cycles. • Establish clear ROI and value articulation that demonstrates throughput gains and engineering capacity recovery across Fusion and Publish. • Conduct win/loss and competitive analysis to continuously refine differentiation and messaging. • Act as a strategic thought partner across Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Content, and DevRel to ensure narrative alignment during product and market evolution.
