Role Description This role is open to candidates based in Brisbane, Australia or the West Coast, USA. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Ecommerce Manager to lead the evolution of Coco & Eve’s direct-to-consumer digital presence. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of brand, data, and technology — responsible for translating our brand vision into a seamless, high-converting digital experience that drives sustainable growth. You will own the ecommerce strategy end-to-end: - Leading UI/UX design change processes - Managing our analytics tech stack - Driving SEO and AI indexing strategy - Forecasting and deep customer cohort analysis to improve LTV: CAC across markets You will be the digital custodian of the Coco & Eve brand experience online, ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are and drives meaningful business outcomes.
