E-Commerce Marketplace Manager – Amazon, Otto

• You will take strategic and operational responsibility for our Amazon and Otto channels. • You will continuously optimize our brand presence and the digital shopping experience. • You will maintain, nurture, and optimize existing listings and support new product launches operationally on both platforms. • You will analyze our KPIs, derive razor-sharp recommendations for action, and implement them directly. • You will keep a constant eye on our keyword rankings and proactively ensure we stay ahead. • You will manage our advertising budget and run PPC campaigns as efficiently as possible. • You will work closely with our compliance department to ensure all requirements are implemented clearly and promptly on Amazon. • You will conduct research and potential analyses for new products.
Job Requirements
- You already have solid experience in marketplace management on Amazon and ideally also on Otto.
- Important: For the Amazon setup, you should have experience as a Seller (not exclusively as a Vendor).
- You have strong analytical skills and excellent commercial/business understanding.
- E‑Commerce for you is more than creating listings: you understand complex processes from market research to supplier contact and keep the whole business in view.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You work closely with other departments.
- You willingly take on real responsibility.

- Ideally you live within approximately a 3‑hour travel radius of Schwäbisch Hall.
