Role Description The Digital Campaign Manager shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values, and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. The Digital Campaign Manager oversees the execution of campaign components and ensures the completion of Digital campaigns and projects on schedule. Qualifications - Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators. - Knowledge of Navigator missions, ministries, and networks preferred. - Minimum two years of experience in project management. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Requirements - Strong organization & time management skills with an emphasis on customer service. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred), Cordial, Gravityforms, and project management applications. - Takes initiative, self-starter, anticipates needs and requires little supervision. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
