Role Description We're seeking a Director of Paid Media & Demand Generation to join our growing Marketing team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you will be focused on leveling up the operational foundation that powers the MyPrize marketing machine and drives repeatable and measurable growth. As Director of Paid Media & Demand Generation at MyPrize, you'll drive the technical implementation strategy across paid media channels, helping accelerate top of funnel for MyPrize’s marketing engine. You'll work across paid media, data analysis, and several advertising networks to drive MyPrize’s cross-product marketing efficiency in coordination with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and more. You'll play a central role in driving and evolving MyPrize's paid media and programmatic growth marketing strategies, helping us scale what's working and optimize what's next across the marketing funnel. - Paid Media Strategy & Budget Ownership: Own and scale MyPrize’s paid media acquisition strategy across all acquisition channels, stewarding a substantial annual media investment and ensuring disciplined allocation, forecasting accuracy, and return-driven scaling. - Multi-Channel Paid Social Execution: Oversee and implement the day-to-day strategy and hands-on activation across major paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and X, building campaigns designed for measurable expansion, learning velocity, and sustained user growth. - Creative Testing & Iteration Engine: Establish a disciplined, repeatable system for ideation, production, testing, and iteration of ad creative. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to rapidly identify breakout concepts and systematically amplify top performers. - User Acquisition & Growth Efficiency: Continuously refine acquisition economics through rigorous testing, audience expansion, optimizing conversion paths, introducing new channel opportunities, and aligning spend decisions to lifetime value and profitability targets. - Analytics & Attribution Infrastructure: Implement and ensure continuous improvement of tracking, measurement, and attribution systems, and performance transparency across tools such as AppsFlyer and native business intelligence platforms. - Cross-Functional Growth Partnerships: Partner across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align paid media initiatives with product releases, promotional strategies, retention programs, and broader revenue objectives. - Executive-Level Insights & Strategy Communication: Translate complex performance data into concise business narratives for executive leadership, clearly outlining trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. - External Partner Oversight: Manage agency and vendor relationships with clear performance expectations, structured experimentation plans, and defined accountability for delivery, efficiency, and innovation. - Platform Expertise & Optimization: Stay ahead of platform evolutions, algorithmic shifts, and emerging best practices across paid ecosystems, proactively adjusting strategy to maintain performance advantages in a dynamic market. - AI-Driven Performance Acceleration: Incorporate advanced automation and AI-enabled tools into creative development, targeting refinement, and performance diagnostics to increase testing throughput and unlock new growth efficiencies. Qualifications - 5-7 years experience leading social and demand generation strategy for high-growth consumer technology or gaming companies. - Strong operational instincts to ensure paid media efforts are effective and efficient while optimizing for rapid data-driven expansion and profitability. - Prioritization skills that balance speed with the pursuit of excellence. - Clear and effective communicator with excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Comfortable with data analysis. You know what metrics matter, how to build meaningful reports, and when insights should drive action. SQL knowledge is a plus. - A systematic mindset.
