• Facilitates Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) provider application and data collection • Executes credentialing application processing and primary source verification for new applicants and re-credentialing • Assures applications are correct and complete • Works with credentialing auditors to correct deficiencies • Organizes and maintains provider data and files • Processes applications timely to meet quality benchmarks • Maintains awareness of The Joint Commission (TJC), NCQA, and CMS compliance guidelines • Demonstrates excellent professional communication skills while collecting information and resolving issues • Maintains privacy and confidentiality in all aspects of work
Job Requirements
- 1 year recent experience in medical staff services or CVO setting (preferred)
- Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) or Certified Professional Credentials Specialist (CPCS) by National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) (preferred)
- High School or GED (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or other related field (preferred)
- Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare or other related field (preferred)
- CredentialStream Credentialing software (STRONGLY preferred)

Role Description The Director of Supply Chain Performance Management advances the digital supply chain ambition for US Foods by designing and owning an integrated Supply Chain performance management process and analytic toolset. • Manage provider engagement projects from initiation to completion. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time. • Develop and oversee management systems for OCMO, with Integrated Kidney Care as the primary focus. • Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross-functional initiatives. • Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across IKC Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Directors and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact. • Track and report on project progress and outcomes.
• The Clinical Quality Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing the strategic implementation of `quality by design` principles in assigned clinical trials. • The CQOM will develop Risk Assessment and Categorization Tools and Quality Plans in partnership with the CTT. • The CQOMs within a specific therapy area will collectively and periodically (e.g. quarterly) perform a TA-level review of quality plans and risk mitigation approaches in order to identify any emerging signals or trends and provide relevant feedback to the CQOL and Head of CQO as appropriate. • The CQOM will facilitate and oversee the responses to audit and inspection observations as appropriate. • In addition, the CQOM will work with peers to analyze data across therapy areas in order to identify signals and trends and will then develop and implement appropriate process improvement strategies. • In partnership with the CQOL, the CQOM will develop skillsets in order to be able to recognize and appropriately respond to new and emerging risks through the use of technology.
