Role Description The Technology Business Analyst acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the organization's technology solutions align with business needs. This role requires a propensity for analyzing complex problems, defining system requirements, documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, and recommending options to improve efficiency and drive value. Qualifications - Requires Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience. - Preferred to have a Master of Business Administration. - 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, design and controls development. - Proven expertise in monitoring the effectiveness of business processes and controls. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Ability to translate complex processes into clear, understandable, and operationally viable controls. - Proficient in process mapping and business process management tools (e.g., Visio). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. - Self-starter with an innovative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. - Experience with Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies.
