Airbnb
• Lead strategy and lifecycle marketing execution across email and push - with a primary focus on new airbnb pilots. • Partner with global business teams to translate new airbnb pilots and promotional moments into effective customer journeys and campaigns. • Leverage segmentation, behavioral triggers and personalization to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. • Partner with Analytics and DS on segmentation approach, campaign performance, evaluate incrementality and translate findings and optimizations into leadership-ready recommendations. • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences across channels. • Leverage AI-driven insights, automation, and personalization capabilities to improve customer relevance and campaign performance. • Manage a structured experimentation roadmap across messaging, audiences, timing and channel mix to drive continuous program improvement. • Develop clear briefs that articulate campaign goals and technical, data, creative, and audience requirements. • Stay focused and organized in a fast-moving environment, using strong prioritization to keep workstreams impactful. • Work autonomously, learning tools and systems quickly and proactively moving work forward.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of B2C CRM/lifecycle experience in fast-paced consumer or e-commerce environments with a track record of high-impact work.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journey design, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing
- Exceptional prioritization and project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality execution.
- Thrives in ambiguity and change, showing resilience, adaptability, and steady leadership in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps and present strategy strategy and results clearly to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, performance measurement, and campaign optimization.
- Experience partnering effectively across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to balance growth objectives with customer experience and brand considerations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and AI-enabled personalization capabilities.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and related training. - Up to Five years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in financial services or insurance. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Self-motivated, independent worker. - Ability to interpret financial data. - Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. - Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
