• Serves as primary point of contact for client registration service needs. • Manages a portfolio of accounts with minimal oversight and supervision. • Maintains an understanding of current technology in order to design solutions and integrate with future products. • Tests websites and internal applications for functionality and quality control. • Proofs text language on confirmations, tickets and other registrant communications. • Collaborates with other departments, gathers website design specifications from clients and delivers to IT for build. • Provides customer service with all necessary event details including data entry instructions and financial processing information. • Schedules production jobs for ticket and credential production, collation and mailings. • Updates onsite services and engages at appropriate time to prepare final onsite portion of project. • Participates in project team meetings and provides input to Project Management, Account Management, Housing Services and Onsite Services as applicable. • Incorporates process improvement & project management principles and manages workload within project budget hours. • Provides weekly status reports and updates system with accurate and timely deliverables. • Creates, updates and posts show requirements and documentation to support best practices. • Procures materials (i.e. supplies) needed to produce credentials, tickets and other items for collation. Tracks expenses for billing.

• Oversee and coordinate the preparation, negotiation, and execution of clinical trial agreements and budgets for assigned studies or portfolios • Manage end-to-end site contracting activities for assigned studies, including template use, negotiation, and execution tracking • Serve as a primary escalation point for contract issues, proposing solutions that balance sponsor, site, and internal requirements • Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment on contract language, budget assumptions, and risk positions • Monitor contracting timelines and metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving corrective actions to improve cycle times • Provide guidance and oversight to Site Contracts Negotiators working on the same studies or programmes • Contribute to the development and refinement of contracting playbooks, templates, and standard processes

• Monitors incoming call volume throughout the day and assigns staff accordingly to various scheduling duties. • Responsible for creating a seamless experience by coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients; including imaging, laboratory, clinic, infusion, treatment, and/or procedures. • Responsible for accurate scheduling/re-scheduling/cancellations of patient visits; including clinic appointments (in person and telehealth) • Responsible for registration of patient during the scheduling process, including entering demographics, insurance verification, completing the Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire (MSPQ), scanning and document preparation. • Verifies referring physician orders against scheduled appointments for accuracy. • Delivers expert knowledge and understanding of scheduling guidelines, patient registration, pre-certification requirements and basic levels of health insurance and billing procedures and regarding specific processes. • Diligently and efficiently manages scheduling workload from assigned Appointment Request Workqueue (WQ), filters and prioritizes appointment requests per specialty standards. • Engages with patients in a timely manner; provides complete and accurate information to the patient regarding prep and other exam related notes. • Responsible for checking out patients from clinic visit, providing options for receipt of after visit summary and support for EMR patient portal (EPIC MyChart) sign up.

• This Deputy Chief of Party serves as the key leader for the multi-national level implementation of a very-large institutional grant-funded program or project. • Lead a large country management team in contextualizing the program model. • Ensure effective coordination with local partners, a national Steering Committee, and the donor or prime awardee. • Ensure the program or project aligns to applicable audit requirements from institutional donors.
