• Work on the architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM and CMDB. • Lead initiatives for CMDB implementation, evolution and governance, ensuring data integrity, quality and reliability. • Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and other ITOM components. • Develop integrations using Web Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, HTTP, MID Server and integrate with SAP environments and other corporate platforms. • Support technical teams in defining solutions, development best practices and ServiceNow architecture. • Establish operational, support and continuous improvement processes for the platform. • Configure, customize and develop applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript. • Perform requirements analysis, technical estimates and support the preparation of proposals and solutions. • Ensure adherence to ITSM and ITOM best practices and service governance.

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in development and implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience in ITOM projects and CMDB administration/evolution.
  • Experience in medium and large corporate environments.
