• Manage complex strategic projects that make a meaningful impact on our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. • Guide successful execution of important initiatives across functions, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle while maintaining focus on business objectives and quality standards. • Implement process improvements, new technologies, and transformational changes that enhance operational efficiency and customer success. • Responsible for the administrative coordination, governance, documentation, tracking, and reporting required to support large, complex projects. • Ensure project information is organized, timelines are visible, actions are tracked, risks and issues are documented, and stakeholders have accurate information to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, life sciences, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting large projects, complex initiatives, project management offices, commercial operations, business operations, or administrative project coordination.
- Strong skills in project documentation, meeting coordination, status reporting, action tracking, and records management.
- Ability to consolidate information from multiple stakeholders into clear, accurate project updates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, documents, trackers, and reporting cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management, collaboration, reporting, and productivity tools.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and follow up with stakeholders across functions and levels.
