Role Description The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of Aqueduct smart building projects, managing complex installation deployments involving IoT hardware, building controls, sensor integrations, and software implementation. - Lead end-to-end delivery of Aqueduct smart building projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, go-live, and handoff. - Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations. - Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various stages of deployment. - Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, procurement, logistics, and field execution. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution. - Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans before they impact timelines or customer satisfaction. Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience in complex technical deployment or installation environments. - Strong experience managing smart building, building automation, controls, IoT, or similar infrastructure projects. - Proven success managing complex installation projects with multiple stakeholders. - Experience managing projects involving hardware, software, and field installation teams. - Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills. Requirements - Experience with enterprise customer deployments. - Strong understanding of building systems including controls, HVAC, utility monitoring, or industrial monitoring. - Experience in SaaS or IoT-enabled technology environments. - Hands-on experience with water, gas, and electric monitoring systems, IoT deployments, and building automation integrations (BMS/BAS), including smart building technologies used for utility monitoring, controls, and operational analytics. - Experience managing global or multi-region deployments.

• Independently leads multiple projects with variety of scopes (euhreka, Strada Pay, VPS, Workday) with mid/low populations. • Develops and manages detailed project plan. • Align stakeholders and team members on the plan and manage execution of tasks to achieve project goals. • Makes project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed. • Works closely with Resource Managers/Team Leads to ensure adequate allocation of resources. • Measures project performance and progress using appropriate tools and techniques, identifies and quantifies variances, performs required corrective actions, and communicates to all stakeholders. • Documents high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. • Develop and track risk mitigation and issue resolution plans, recommend and implement approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate or minimize project and commercial risk. • Manages changes to project scope, schedule and costs and ensure project plan is reflective of authorized changes as defined in the change management plan. • Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management. • Communicates and reports status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, Executive Briefings. • Manages the project budget, working closely with the finance team to oversee and report project financials – including estimates created during the funding/change request process, the on-going allocation of financial resources, and the regular reporting of the state of the project financials. • Employs project management best practice methodologies working within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools and Strada standards. • Works with third party providers to deliver contractual commitments. • Drives process improvement initiatives within the project management domain. • Captures lessons learned throughout and during the closing of a project. • Is a buddy/coach to newly joined PMs (PMI). • Actively participates in soft building GIP initiatives.

What You'll Do As A Project Manager I, Software Integration: - Owns responsibility for project delivery by cross-functional teams composed of Software Integration Engineers, Support Specialists, Integration Lead Installers, and Field Service Technicians. - Develop project schedules and executes according to plan. - Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of team directives and scheduling changes. - Manages time and resource estimate and enforces time tracking. - Reviews and interprets contract Terms and Conditions, and Scope of Work documentation. - Develop and execute detailed technical project management plans outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines which are delivered and negotiated with Customer IT, Technical and Clinical Teams. - Analyzes reporting systems and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. - Effectively communicates project progress, issues and status to management as required. - Manages risks and establishes project recovery plans when required. - Resolves disputes with minimal need for escalation. - Ensures project document controls comply with contract requirements and STERIS standards. - Oversees project specifications and installation techniques. - Coordinates with the Manager, Software Service Delivery and Local Service Team for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives. - Ensures any tasks performed by the team are in accordance with established standards. - Facilitates reporting product related problems. - Assists sales in project development efforts. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Project Management or related field. Or Associates Degree with equivalent work-related experience. - Minimum of 2-3 years of direct project management experience in related industry. - Software Project Management certification is preferred. - 2+ years’ experience in hospital, OR integration, or information systems. O.R. video integration technologies and/or surgical background are highly preferred. - Experience with hospital technologies, including HL7, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integration, Active Directory and LDAP are highly preferred.
