Job Description

Portfolio Manager

Vantive

• Lead strategy and execution for the Chronic PD portfolio across the Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa territory • Drive cohesive resource coordination and cross-functional collaboration • Develop and maintain strategic physician and business relationships • Partner closely with PD Clinical Specialists to align resources • Negotiate and manage all local contracts • Expand and grow PD therapy utilization focusing on increased PD referrals • Conduct scientific/technical sales presentations and discussions related to the portfolio • Create, manage, and grow territory sales opportunity funnel to close new business and expand market share

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant medical device and/or clinical sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing new business
  • Physician engagement experience in a selling environment
  • Experience calling on nephrologists and having established networks of physicians preferred
  • Proficient at full sales cycle management (prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling and closing)
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a medical field required
  • Track record of managing multiple projects and/or businesses while consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Advanced consultative sales skills including excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to relate to various levels of management and staff in the clinic environment
  • Demonstrated negotiating skills with ability to initiate, execute and close associated contractual processes
  • Demonstrated forecasting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
