Performance IT Architect

Role Description Optimize the performance of SAP systems and projects to get the highest quality of service. - Develop and maintain performance engineering, monitoring, and optimization strategies. - Create performance tuning strategies to improve system performance. - Develop performance scripts using scripting languages such as JavaScript and SQL, along with performance tools like Neoload, JMeter, and LoadRunner. - Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement plans for performance testing and tuning. - Coordinate with other partnering teams to ensure optimal system performance. - Provide technical assistance and support to other teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. - Create and maintain performance documentation. - Accountable for software delivery including continuous improvement, practices, and principles. - Stay up to date with technology trends and industry best practices. - 10% domestic travel for business purposes. - 100% telecommuting allowed from any location in the U.S. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related field. - 5 years demonstrated experience in each of the following: - SAP Basis Monitoring, Performance scripting and tools. - Software performance, development/architecture. - Performance testing and tuning for SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ATTP. - SAP HANA Database management, FIORI and UI5 Interface, CDS Views, and ABAP managed Database Procedures (AMDP). - Cloud and Infrastructure Management. - Enterprise application and information architecture methodologies and design. - OTC, P2P, WMS and FI Business Processes. - Agile methodology. - All phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and source management. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related field.
