Role Description Our team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a strategic technology modernization initiative for a public sector client. This role will focus on evaluating enterprise technology environments, developing future-state architecture, and creating technology roadmaps that align with organizational objectives. - Conduct enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) assessments. - Evaluate existing enterprise architecture, applications, and technology environments. - Develop current-state and future-state architecture documentation. - Analyze system integrations, dependencies, and modernization opportunities. - Create enterprise technology roadmaps and strategic recommendations. - Identify technology gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with executive leadership and technical stakeholders. - Support development of enterprise governance and modernization strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of enterprise architecture or technology strategy experience. - Experience developing enterprise architecture documentation and technical roadmaps. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and application modernization. - Experience with IT governance and enterprise architecture frameworks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience supporting government or large enterprise organizations is preferred. Requirements - TOGAF certification or equivalent. - Experience with digital transformation initiatives. - Public sector consulting experience. - Knowledge of AI strategy and enterprise technology planning. • Lead development and maintenance of system, operational, data, and integration architecture using MBSE and DoDAF/UAF frameworks • Develop and manage system models (SysML/UML) capturing requirements, interfaces, workflows, and end-to-end mission threads with full traceability • Drive digital engineering strategy, including adoption of the digital thread, authoritative models, and model-driven decision making • Translate business, operational, and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures supporting enterprise systems and integrations • Define integration patterns, interface specifications, and interoperability requirements across DoD and partner systems • Establish architecture governance, modeling standards, and technical baselines; support design reviews and leadership briefings • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, functional, and program teams to resolve risks, gaps, and cross-domain dependencies • Contribute to technology roadmaps, transition planning, and implementation strategies for enterprise transformation

• Supports the mission of OCHIN by playing a key role in the design of application features and functionality in the Epic software platform • Continually improves the quality of the OCHIN Epic collaborative by identifying areas of opportunity within your application(s) • Stays informed of industry, new technologies, and best practices • Acts as a member of a team focused on strengthening standards, configuring improvements, and continually improving the quality and impact of our Epic platform • Participates in the product and project lifecycle and may lead various actions and production of deliverables • Provides technical mentorship and support to other members of the OCHIN workforce • Performs complex build, development, and testing of new and existing features and functionality for assigned applications
