• Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of enterprise customers, protecting and growing recurring revenue. • Negotiate complex agreements that deliver value for both customers and PAR while maximizing long-term account growth. • Consistently achieve and exceed retention, renewal, and expansion objectives. • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and become a key advisor on loyalty, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. • Guide renewal conversations that align Punchh solutions with evolving business goals and priorities. • Identify, develop, and close upsell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts. • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Finance to create exceptional customer experiences and successful renewal outcomes. • Leverage customer data, usage trends, and market intelligence to strengthen retention strategies and uncover growth opportunities. • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to continuously refine your approach.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise renewals, strategic account management, or customer growth within a SaaS environment required
- Proven success leading complex, high-value renewals and expansion opportunities with enterprise or Fortune 500 customers.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships and negotiate with VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Skilled in navigating complex contract negotiations, multi-year agreements, and commercial discussions that drive retention and revenue growth.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging CRM tools and customer insights to inform account strategy and renewal planning.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and approaches challenges with flexibility, ownership, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, loyalty, marketing, or adjacent customer engagement platforms is a plus.
