• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with complete period-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables • Deliver insightful variance analysis and strategic commentary that identifies trends, drives profitable growth, and proactively highlights risk areas for stakeholders • Partner with JLL facility managers and account leadership to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts that support operational planning • Complete balance sheet reconciliations, manage bank accounts, and resolve outstanding items to maintain financial integrity and compliance • Coordinate accounts payable and receivable processes, including purchase orders, invoice processing, accrual tracking, and client funding requests • Participate in client meetings and internal reviews, presenting financial results and performance metrics with clarity and professionalism • Contribute analytical expertise to special projects, ad hoc requests, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance client service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated technical proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong spreadsheet application capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with proven capacity to present financial information clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure
- Self-motivated professional who works effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.
