Senior Manager, Partnerships Marketing

• Own the affiliate program strategy and performance outcomes, managing the day-to-day agency relationship that oversees recruitment, activation, and optimization across publisher categories including content, loyalty, cashback, comparison, and performance partners — holding the agency accountable to program KPIs and ensuring execution aligns with business objectives • Source and evaluate new partnership opportunities across emerging categories (including employer and closed-group benefits portals, co-branded integrations, and creator-adjacent models), making recommendations with a clear growth and quality rationale • Own placement and creative management, including asset coordination, partner briefing, and review cycles • Monitor program quality rigorously and respond quickly when thresholds are breached, including escalating through legal and operational channels when needed • Partner with analytics and data engineering to maintain and improve attribution accuracy, including troubleshooting pipeline issues that affect performance measurement • Collaborate with legal on partner compliance, data-sharing agreements, and any contractual matters that arise in the course of managing the program • Support the Influencer channel across key operational and strategic workstreams, including: managing creator contract renewals and scope negotiations (e.g., adjusting syndication rights, whitelisting terms); coordinating paid amplification workflows that move influencer content into Meta paid social; and contributing to creative performance analysis to identify which talent, formats, and messaging angles are driving acquisition • Lead or support cross-functional projects that extend the affiliate channel's footprint, including integrations with influencer, paid social, and brand partnership programs • Bring new ideas to improve performance — and push them through from hypothesis to test to scaled execution
Job Requirements
- 7-8 years of marketing experience, with deep expertise in affiliate marketing, ideally within a performance or acquisition-focused environment
- Deep platform fluency — Impact experience strongly preferred; familiarity with tracking, attribution windows, and data passback mechanics is a must
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to build programs without a playbook. This candidate should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly as the channels evolve
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience structuring agreements that deliver mutual value and align with business goals
- A highly analytical, data-driven mindset, with experience measuring performance and translating insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand externally and collaborate cross-functionally at a senior level.
- A proactive, accountable, and team-first approach. This candidate should be solutions-oriented and motivated by building something impactful from the ground up
- Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools, or genuine curiosity about how they apply to affiliate optimization and measurement
