• Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native capabilities to optimize business processes and user experience. • Architect and support solutions across the full GTM lifecycle, from lead management and opportunity tracking through quoting, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals. • Design, develop, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM) solutions to improve operational efficiency and user adoption. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and business systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms such as Workato. • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement. • Implement CI/CD best practices using SFDX, GitHub, VS Code, and tools such as Gearset or Copado to streamline development, change management, testing, and deployments while supporting governance and audit requirements. • Drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, and platform governance while advising stakeholders on scalable solutions. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR and SOX. • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Establish development standards, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and help drive Salesforce platform strategy across the organization.

• The Senior Salesforce Developer will serve as the technical expert responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across all BusPatrol teams. • Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. • Support development across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Revenue Cloud, and CRM. • Prioritize low-code/no-code solutions where possible; apply custom code only when necessary. • Develop critical Salesforce workflows, objects, and dynamic fields needed to capture asset information and CRM Data. • Develop integrations between Salesforce and core systems (ERP, ITSM, telephony, data warehouse). • Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of integrations and customizations. • Discover and enable workflow optimization through automation and AI. • Partner with Embedded Admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Collaborate with Data and IT Ops teams on architecture, access, and reporting. • Contribute to documentation, change management, and technical standards.

• Design and implement highly scalable configurations and extensive customizations within the Salesforce platform. • Develop advanced programmatic logic and automation using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. • Connect Salesforce with external downstream systems using standard REST/SOAP APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and enterprise middleware solutions. • Maintain and build upon Salesforce architecture, managing the underlying data model, platform security, and sharing models according to industry best practices. • Handle code deployments and versioning utilizing Git-based source control and automated CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines. • Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex platform bugs or operational performance issues.

Description Our work depends on a Senior Salesforce Developer joining our team to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: * This role involves programming, using Apex, Salesforce lightning component (AURA/LWC), JavaScript, and other development languages and tools once fully onboarded. * Develop Lightning components both by writing custom LWC in JavaScript with Aura framework and within the Salesforce Lightning Design System, maintaining fluency with Apex, Salesforce query, and Salesforce Search language (SOQL and SOSL). * Support the Product Owner in gathering requirements by providing solution options and highlighting dependencies with the existing implementation. * Develop and configure solutions using Salesforce functionality/Lightning Components (AURA and LWC), APEX, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, and SOSL etc. * Participate in the complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment. Review and provide feedback on technical implementations and documents and ensure that Salesforce best practices and standards are followed * Collaborate with junior developers to perform code reviews and provide feedback. * Create and maintain technical documentation including process documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures. * Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments. * Mentor and provide guidance to the development team members. * May manage team members, monitor work assignments and manage performance. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: * Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant hands-on experience * Possess Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification * Hands-on programming/custom coding experience with Salesforce platform, requiring LWC AND Apex. * Experience should also include: SLDS, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch classes, SOQL, SOSL and declarative platform tools (Flows, Process builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.). * 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting the implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform in Lightning and have advanced level working knowledge on major Salesforce.com technologies, data modeling, integration, and data migration. * Extensive understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, Architecture, Design, Development, Administration, and security model. * Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration, such as with Copado, as well as object-oriented design patterns and development. * Extensive understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) development and customization. * Experience with SFDC specific IDE and version control configurations (GitHub, Bitbucket) for Salesforce development (VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX) * Consistent quality performance rated valued or higher. * US Citizenship Required * Active Secret Clearance Required * Ability to obtain DOE L clearance PREFERRED SKILLS: * Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)/Copado * Extensive understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap. * Experience in the development of Web Services (SOAP and REST) * Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint * Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as, but not limited to: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas to various levels/skillsets, both internally and externally. * Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "how-to" assistance. * Ability to multitask between multiple projects and both business and technical stakeholders. * CDW is committed to being an AI-fluent organization * We're looking for people who bring curiosity, a learner's mindset, and a willingness to engage with ever-evolving technology and tools.
