Command

• Partner closely with COMMAND's co-founders and Chief of Staff to manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and high-impact projects. • Act as a trusted thought partner by helping prioritize competing demands and ensuring the founders are focused on the highest-impact work. • Stay one step ahead by anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and bringing clarity to an environment with lots of moving pieces. • Drive important firm-wide initiatives by following up on action items, coordinating across teams, and ensuring projects continue moving forward. • Own the logistics that keep the business running smoothly, from leadership meetings and travel to company events and internal planning, executing with precision and attention to detail. • Bring order to a fast-moving, Slack-first environment where priorities evolve quickly, communication is direct, and no two days look the same. • Jump into new challenges as the company grows, taking on projects and responsibilities that may not fit neatly into a traditional Executive Assistant role.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams in a fast-paced startup, agency, consulting, venture capital, or technology environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling important email.
  • A natural sense of urgency and belief that every minute counts, with the ability to quickly prioritize what matters most.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships across every level of the organization.
  • Comfort working in Slack as a primary communication tool and operating in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • A bias toward action. You don't need perfect instructions—you figure things out and keep moving.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a genuine desire to make the people around you more effective.
