In this role, you will be the go-to person for our clients, offering personalized assistance and creating unforgettable experiences that elevate their lifestyle. - Manage a wide range of requests and provide tailored services related to travel, dining, events, and more. - Utilize your local knowledge to offer insightful recommendations and bespoke solutions to our members. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. - Conduct thorough research and analysis to curate the best options for members’ desires. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall service offering to our members, promoting all facets of Ten Group. - Document all interactions and keep comprehensive records of requests to ensure continuity and personalization in service. - Actively contribute to the team’s success by sharing insights and experiences. - Deliver exceptional customer service and receive valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications - Fluency in both English and German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. - Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in online research and resourcefulness in problem-solving. - Passion for customer service and a keen understanding of luxury lifestyles. - Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service to enhance their experiences. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
