Role Description Headquarters is the back-office engine for cannabis brands and operators — we run the sales operations, accounts receivable, finance, data, and order work that lets our clients focus on growing their business. Our delivery teams generate a lot of data, and our clients depend on us to turn it into something they can act on. As an Operations Analyst, you'll build the dashboards and reporting that tell our clients (and our internal teams) what's actually happening in the business — and, more importantly, you'll dig into that data to surface what's off, what's improving, and where there's money being left on the table. The work spans sales reporting, yield and operational reporting, and basic cost and financial reporting across multiple client accounts. This is not a role for someone who waits to be handed a question. The analysts who thrive here are the ones who decide which questions are worth asking — who look at a number that moves and instinctively ask what it's being compared against, what decision it feeds, and whether it's a data problem or a real one. What you'll do - Build dashboards and recurring reporting from scratch, using visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc.), deciding what belongs on them, what doesn't, and why. - Pull and reshape data exported from CRMs, help desks, POS systems, and spreadsheets into reporting that answers a real business question. - Dig through sales, operational, and cost data to find anomalies, trends, and areas for improvement — and frame what you find so a decision-maker can act on it. - Report on things like sales performance, lead funnels, yield, response times, and cost trends across client accounts. - Read a P&L or income statement well enough to know when something looks off, even if you didn't build it. - Partner with our delivery and client teams to define what's worth measuring in the first place. Qualifications - Excel / Google Sheets at a power-user level — pivots, lookups, and building real models, not just formatting cells. - Hands-on experience building dashboards in at least one drag-and-drop visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). - Working financial literacy — comfortable interpreting a balance sheet or income statement and reasoning about what the numbers mean. - Comfort getting data out of a CRM or help desk tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) and turning the export into reporting. - Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) as part of how you do the work. - An analyst's instinct for the question, not just the answer. Requirements - SQL (more valuable to us than Python) — or a genuine eagerness to pick it up quickly. - Python for automation and analysis. - Experience working across multiple clients or business units at once. - Exposure to the cannabis industry or other regulated, data-heavy verticals. • Execute end-to-end fund migrations and the transition of non-registered funds from incumbent administrators to the AngelList platform. • Serve as a key team member for multiple concurrent migration engagements, following project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely, successful implementation. • Review and validate migrated data including investor capital accounts, general ledger balances, investment portfolios, commitments, capital activity, waterfall calculations, and historical financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Drive exceptional client outcomes by ensuring migrations are completed on schedule, with a high degree of accuracy, strong communication, and minimal operational disruption, while building long-term trusted relationships with investment manager clients. • Look at existing processes and ask whether AI and automation could do them better

• Identify PrizePicks game vulnerabilities (edges), and members that are abusing/exposing those vulnerabilities • Review and profile escalated members from Game Operations Analysts, and provide a recommendation of any action we should take • Run analyses on our current ruleset structure, and provide actionable recommendations that will optimize member experience and revenue • Identify coordinated member patterns (sharp discords, multi-accounting, etc.) • Partner with Analytics to develop more optimal trading methods and tools (models, algorithms, rounding, industry benchmarking, etc.) • Collaborate with and communicate learnings to Game Operations Analysts

• Become an expert at operating May vehicles — know how they work and how to drive them safely — while occasionally driving research vehicles for training purposes. • Deliver standardized Autonomous Vehicle Operator training programs at site operations across the country, including classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel sessions. • Conduct on-route ride-alongs, evaluations, and safety check-offs to certify new operators before they begin revenue service. • Provide one-on-one coaching, feedback, and refresher training to reinforce safe operating procedures and customer service best practices for riders. • Travel to new launch sites and existing site operations to support operator training, typically in 2-3 week deployments. • Document trainee progress, certification results, and field observations and report back to the Field Operations Training Manager. • Follow standardized training procedures and materials consistently across sites; flag improvement ideas to the Training Manager rather than altering programs in the field.
