• Identify PrizePicks game vulnerabilities (edges), and members that are abusing/exposing those vulnerabilities • Review and profile escalated members from Game Operations Analysts, and provide a recommendation of any action we should take • Run analyses on our current ruleset structure, and provide actionable recommendations that will optimize member experience and revenue • Identify coordinated member patterns (sharp discords, multi-accounting, etc.) • Partner with Analytics to develop more optimal trading methods and tools (models, algorithms, rounding, industry benchmarking, etc.) • Collaborate with and communicate learnings to Game Operations Analysts

• Become an expert at operating May vehicles — know how they work and how to drive them safely — while occasionally driving research vehicles for training purposes. • Deliver standardized Autonomous Vehicle Operator training programs at site operations across the country, including classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel sessions. • Conduct on-route ride-alongs, evaluations, and safety check-offs to certify new operators before they begin revenue service. • Provide one-on-one coaching, feedback, and refresher training to reinforce safe operating procedures and customer service best practices for riders. • Travel to new launch sites and existing site operations to support operator training, typically in 2-3 week deployments. • Document trainee progress, certification results, and field observations and report back to the Field Operations Training Manager. • Follow standardized training procedures and materials consistently across sites; flag improvement ideas to the Training Manager rather than altering programs in the field.

• Take processes that are written, partially written, or explained only verbally and turn them into clear, complete, repeatable process documents. • Watch a recorded walkthrough (e.g., a Loom of a teammate completing a task) and produce a thorough process document that captures each step, branching logic, and contingencies. • Run established processes like clockwork—accurately, on time, and exactly as instructed—while refining and tightening the steps as you go. • Own recurring operational tasks across the Programs team—pulling student lists, processing stipends, tracking who is completing Industry Introductions asynchronously, and similar reporting. • Own the operational side of internal and external surveys—compiling results into clear, readable, well-structured formats the team can use. • Maintain ongoing retention reporting and other recurring program reporting.
