Manager, Partner Solutions Consultant
ServiceTitan
• As the Partner Solutions Consultant, you will be part of a highly talented and fast-paced team that is responsible for relaunching and scaling our App Marketplace Program at ServiceTitan. • You will serve as the product manager for our partner applications from the ideation phase to go to market and beyond. • You will be accountable for building out potential product workflows with our current and potential app marketplace partners. • You will dive in to deeply understand our customers and their needs, collect and analyze data from partners and customer teams, and be a part of a team that is launching impactful solutions for our customers. • You will leverage new and existing partnerships to deliver innovative solutions for our customers. • Manage the product lifecycle of a partnership and / or integration end-to-end, including identifying a product gap use-case, running a workflow review, negotiating product scope, launching and program managing roll-out, enabling internal teams on the product solution an app provides. • Collaborate with leaders across ServiceTitan’s Product, Sales, Success, and Support organizations to understand and influence ServiceTitan’s product roadmap and inform our partnership and integration strategy.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in business development, sales engineering, strategic customer success, or product management; SaaS products strongly preferred
- Foundational understanding of integrations and how they interact through APIs
- Ability to build consensus and work collaboratively cross-functionally within and beyond research and development teams
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated initiative to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with others
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately
- Comfort in absorbing an unstructured set of thoughts and developing a strategic vision to execute
- High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
- Strong EQ to empathize with many stakeholders with competing objectives and balance perspectives, ultimately creating support and alignment around your decisions
- Resourcefulness to leverage available tools, customers, data, and subject matter experts to extract key insights.
