Technical Product Enablement Manager
KevelKevel's ad serving APIs make it easy for brands to monetize their sites and apps.
Role Description Kevel is looking for a Technical Product Enablement Manager to be the bridge between our product and the teams who bring it to market. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll own how product knowledge flows through the business from the moment a feature ships to the moment a seller confidently demos it, a CSM answers a tricky adoption question, or a marketer writes copy that actually reflects what the platform can do. This is a role for someone who loves making complex products understandable. You'll build and maintain the systems, content, and programs that keep our commercial teams sharp on a fast-evolving platform. This includes documentation, enablement programs, sales collateral, and product marketing materials with AI-augmented workflows at the core of how you scale. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, CS, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing. If you're equal parts translator, builder, and systems-thinker and you get energy from turning product complexity into commercial clarity, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in product enablement, product marketing, technical writing, or a related role — ideally within B2B SaaS, adtech, or retail media - A track record of building and maintaining product documentation or enablement content libraries at scale, with strong instincts for keeping content current rather than letting it drift - Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling language for commercial audiences - Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation, and genuine enthusiasm for experimenting with new ways of working - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you're comfortable working with everyone from engineers and PMs to AEs and CS leaders, and you know how to surface what each group needs from the other - Experience designing and delivering training or onboarding programs, with an understanding of how adults actually learn and retain product knowledge - Familiarity with enablement and documentation tooling (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Highspot, Guru, or similar) and the judgment to evolve a tooling stack as needs change - A data-informed mindset — you measure whether enablement is working and iterate based on what you find - Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you can spot a knowledge gap and close it without waiting for a perfect brief - Bonus: experience in adtech, retail media, or programmatic advertising, or exposure to go-to-market planning for product launches Requirements - Own the end-to-end product knowledge base, maintaining accurate documentation that reflects the current state of the platform across all product areas - Partner with PMs to capture feature context at the point of build, ensuring release notes, internal briefs, and enablement materials land alongside every significant delivery - Develop scalable systems for keeping enablement content current — owning its lifecycle, not just its creation - Champion the use of AI tooling to streamline documentation processes, from generating first drafts of release notes and feature summaries to maintaining consistency across a large and evolving content library - Design and run onboarding and upskilling programs that reduce time-to-competency for commercial teams on new and updated product capabilities - Build and maintain a library of battlecards, positioning guides, demo scripts, and objection-handling frameworks in close collaboration with Sales and CS leadership - Identify where teams are losing deals or struggling with adoption due to product knowledge gaps, and close those gaps systematically - Drive adoption of self-serve resources so commercial teams can find answers independently, reducing ad hoc pull on engineering and product bandwidth - Partner with marketing to develop and refine product marketing materials — one-pagers, capability overviews, landing page copy, and launch collateral — ensuring they accurately reflect product reality and resonate with target buyers - Act as the product-to-market translation layer, ensuring messaging is grounded in genuine capability - Contribute to go-to-market planning for major releases, aligning internal enablement timing with external marketing moments - Experiment with and embed AI-assisted workflows across the enablement function, reducing manual overhead as the platform evolves - Establish best practices for AI use in content creation, balancing speed with accuracy and brand voice - Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, CS, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing — surfacing knowledge gaps and feedback loops in both directions - Work closely with the CPO and PMs to shape how product strategy and roadmap direction is communicated across commercial functions - Own and evolve the internal tooling stack used for enablement, including documentation platforms, demo environments, and training delivery Benefits - Fully Remote Team: We are a 100% remote work environment with employees located around the world. - Flexible Working Hours: We trust our employees to communicate with their managers, and work when they work best. - Comprehensive Health Benefits: Kevel provides 100% employer paid medical benefits for our employees and their children, plus comprehensive, affordable coverage for all other dependents. - Savings opportunity for the Future: Kevel offers retirement savings plans with employer contributions. - Rest and Relaxation: Unlimited personal time off and Paid Holidays + a Kevel Holiday Break (from 12/24 - 1/1 every year). - Kevelfest: Our annual corporate retreat! The entire Kevel team gets together once a year for a four-day in-person event filled with collaboration, team building, celebration, and fun! - Home Office Stipend: You’ll receive a new Windows or Mac machine (your choice) + a $500 (or equivalent currency) home office allowance. - Parental Leave Support: We support all parents with salary continuation and benefits when our employees are growing their families. - Free press benefits: You’ll receive a $300 (or equivalent currency) annual allowance to subscribe to the news source of your choice. - You’ll work with an award-winning team! - Full transparency: We embrace transparency and encourage you to read more about what we value through our Company Constitution and Employee Bill of Rights.
