• As a trusted People Partner based in Brisbane, you'll partner with leaders across APAC to deliver practical people solutions that drive business performance and an exceptional employee experience. • Own the People Partnering relationships for assigned business groups, delivering commercially balanced people advice that aligns people strategy with business priorities. • Build trusted relationships with leaders; provide coaching on people-related matters, including performance, employee engagement, organisational change and team effectiveness. • Coach leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams. Build manager capability through coaching, guidance and practical tools that enable confident people leadership. • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and organisational design initiatives. • Manage complex employee relations matters across APAC, including performance management, misconduct, grievances and workplace conflict resolution. • Coach leaders through performance management and conduct conversations, ensuring timely, fair and consistent outcomes. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice people management across multiple jurisdictions. • Partner with Legal to manage employment-related risk and complex workplace matters. • Support the delivery of employee engagement, onboarding, recognition and wellbeing programs that enhance the employee experience. • Drive continuous improvement of People systems, policies, processes and reporting. • Manage and contribute to People & Culture projects aligned with the team's strategic priorities.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years' experience in a People Partner or Senior HR Generalist role within fast-paced organisations.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple countries, employment jurisdictions, and business functions.
- Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters and providing commercially balanced advice.
- Experience managing a small team, mentoring colleagues or leading project teams is desirable.
- Experience in technology, SaaS or other fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly regarded.
- Strong business partnering and coaching capability.
- Excellent working knowledge of people practices and employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to balance commercial outcomes with employee experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- High level of resilience and adaptability.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a global environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- International HR experience supporting managers and employees across multiple countries and time zones is preferred (particularly Australia, North America and Europe).

The People Experience Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end support to employees and managers on HR-related queries while ensuring high standards of customer experience, process adherence, and operational excellence. The role also includes floor support, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: - Answer calls from Associate Specialists who contact the SME line - Educate Associate Specialists on each contact by showing them where to locate the answers to their questions - Act as a "Supervisor" for escalated calls; take needed action to course correct and diffuse the situation - Identify team training opportunities and trends via SME line to reduce volume - Seize and act on opportunities to provide operational feedback to Associate Specialists to educate, course correct and reduce call volume - Identify and communicate SME line call patterns/trends to leaders - Work in partnership with Quality and Training team to learn from each other, discuss trends identified via SME line and to provide recommendations for improvement needs - Contribute to team meeting topics to educate the team, reduce calls to SME Line, and improve the overall customer experience.
