Growth and Email Campaign Specialist
iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions
• Building and managing outbound email sequences and campaigns • Conducting A/B and A/Z testing on subject lines, messaging, and send timing • Building and maintaining prospect lists using tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo • Managing data hygiene across contact records and campaign lists • Monitoring campaign performance and flagging issues proactively • Supporting the SDR team with validated contact information and list management • Assisting with reporting and performance dashboards for leadership
Job Requirements
- Experience with email campaigns, sales engagement platforms, or marketing operations
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong data hygiene instincts
- Self-directed and reliable, able to manage multiple active campaigns without constant oversight
- Organized and proactive with a systems thinking mindset
- Background in sales operations, marketing operations, or data analysis strongly preferred
- No commercial cleaning experience required
