Enterprise Agent Engineer
OpenHandsWe build AI software development agents for everyone, in the open.
• Build and evolve the automation server, the system that runs agentic automations reliably and at scale • Build the control plane around it: auditing, visibility, observability, and governance so enterprises can see and trust what their agents are doing • Build reference agents and automations including high-quality, reusable examples (code review, CVE remediation, Issue-to-PR, test generation, broader SDLC workflows) that establish best practices and seed adoption • Design agent workflows end to end: tool and API integration (MCP, skills, plugins), context and memory management, and multi-step orchestration with human-in-the-loop where it matters • Instrument and evaluate agents by measuring reliability, cost, latency, and outcomes and harden them into something teams can depend on • Work across Product, the Enterprise team, and Forward-Deployed Engineering to turn what works into durable product capabilities
• Build and execute growth experiments across email, webinars, events, social, community, partner channels, content, and product-led journeys • Create nurture paths for sign-ups, event attendees, community members, hand-raisers, and prospects • Improve conversion across key touchpoints, including event registration, website CTAs, product sign-ups, meeting requests, and follow-up flows • Own event and webinar execution, coordinating logistics, promotion, speaker prep, follow-up, and post-event reporting • Work closely with sales, product, partners, and community stakeholders to keep marketing programs moving, organized, and measurable • Support product launches with project plans, asset coordination, communications, and follow-up motions, and performance tracking • Draft or coordinate newsletters, event emails, social posts, community updates, and promotional materials • Track program performance and summarize what worked, what did not, and what should happen next • Help maintain lightweight marketing processes so the team can move quickly without creating chaos
