Program Analyst
H And R Computer Consulting Services
• Support the full lifecycle of federal grants, from application review through award closeout. • Coordinate national grant competitions, proposal reviews, and award documentation. • Provide program coordination and administrative support for Sea Grant initiatives and fellowship programs. • Collect, analyze, and report program performance data and metrics. • Prepare reports, meeting summaries, presentations, and program documentation. • Monitor program schedules, deliverables, and compliance with NOAA and federal requirements. • Maintain program records, databases, and data quality. • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications. • Collaborate with NOAA personnel, Sea Grant institutions, and external partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Environmental Science, Marine Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal programs, grants administration, program analysis, or project coordination.
- Experience working with federal agencies or federally funded programs preferred.
- Experience preparing reports, analyzing program data, and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
