• Support fisheries management initiatives associated with Executive Order (EO) 14276 and related regulatory priorities. • Work closely with NMFS Regional Offices, Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Division, and the Office of Sustainable Fisheries. • Coordinate and manage complex fisheries management actions. • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and support timely project execution. • Track statutory and regulatory deadlines to ensure compliance with Magnuson-Stevens Act and other federal requirements. • Prepare, review, and edit technical documentation, meeting minutes, project reports, and status updates.

• Analyze new and existing electrical load requests and determine infrastructure requirements • Prepare initial designs, cost estimates, and Letters of Agreement • Develop design drawings and work orders in alignment with Tacoma Power standards • Coordinate closely with drafting, field crews, inspectors, and customers • Support permitting, easements, and right‑of‑way needs • Ensure all work complies with WAC, NESC, NEC, and utility policies • Provide customer‑facing guidance throughout project lifecycle • Communicate service impacts, including outages and construction timelines

• Providing spectrum management support for domestic and international coordination and certification of spectrum availability for launch and orbiting missions. • Analyze the potential interference from U.S. federal commercial and foreign satellites based on orbital positions. • Perform analysis on Satellite Coordination applications. • Familiar and experienced with the Spectrum Planning Subcommittee (SPS) function. • Maintain a continuing appraisal of the current and future needs of the various radio services and make recommendations to the IRAC. • Provide direct support and SME to the Government by assisting in identifying and planning the spectrum needs. • Responsible for tracking, assessing, and reporting any RF spectrum regulatory actions related to Federal agencies (NOAA, DoD, DoC, NASA). • Participate and establish technical rules and procedures for spectrum sharing & spectrum coordination with federal agencies and international administrations.
