• Providing spectrum management support for domestic and international coordination and certification of spectrum availability for launch and orbiting missions. • Analyze the potential interference from U.S. federal commercial and foreign satellites based on orbital positions. • Perform analysis on Satellite Coordination applications. • Familiar and experienced with the Spectrum Planning Subcommittee (SPS) function. • Maintain a continuing appraisal of the current and future needs of the various radio services and make recommendations to the IRAC. • Provide direct support and SME to the Government by assisting in identifying and planning the spectrum needs. • Responsible for tracking, assessing, and reporting any RF spectrum regulatory actions related to Federal agencies (NOAA, DoD, DoC, NASA). • Participate and establish technical rules and procedures for spectrum sharing & spectrum coordination with federal agencies and international administrations.
