Workday Operations Support – Temporary

• Manage and triage a steady stream of Workday support requests; analyze, resolve, document, and close tickets in a timely manner. • Operate within established governance and intake processes; adhere to SLAs and escalation paths. • Work inside a live Workday environment to execute configuration & maintenance tasks: • Maintain and optimize the Business Process Framework • Configure condition rules and validations • Manage notifications and alerts • Create and adjust calculated fields • Develop and refine custom reports • Perform security updates by domain and role-based access; execute EIB loads and corrections. • Support regression testing for Workday R1/R2 releases. • Stabilization Support: Assist with post-implementation cleanup and optimization • Identify repeat issues and recommend structural fixes • Support data integrity audits and reconciliation efforts • Partner with People & Culture (P&C) and Payroll to reduce friction points • Documentation: produce clear, professional documentation for changes, resolutions, and processes. • Maintain a customer-focused mindset, ensuring operations run cleanly and disruptions are minimized.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Workday production support experience
- Strong experience with:
- Core HCM Configuration
- Business Process Framework troubleshooting
- Workday Security (roles, domains, assignments)
- Report writing and calculated fields
- Experience supporting release cycles and regression testing
- Proven ability to manage and resolve high ticket volume
- Excellent documentation discipline and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
