Case Operations Coordinator
Political Asylum Lawyers
• Coordinate with attorneys, both in-house and contractor, to ensure every interview and hearing on the firm’s calendar is covered, managing busy calendars and availability across multiple time zones • Call clients in both English and Spanish to gather information, provide updates, schedule appointments, and ensure they remain engaged throughout their case development • Accurately prepare and submit attorney appearance forms for each interview, within strict deadlines, to asylum offices, clients, and attorneys • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring clear communication flows in both directions and all parties stay informed of case developments and requirements • Maintain detailed tracking systems to ensure no critical deadlines are missed and all submissions are completed on time • Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks in case progression and communicate with teammates to resolve problems before they impact deadlines or client service • Perform various coordination and other administrative tasks, as assigned

• Monitor autonomous robots using remote assistance tools and dashboards • Follow step-by-step procedures to support standard operational scenarios • Escalate technical or operational issues to shift leads or senior operators • Accurately document observations, incidents, and actions taken • Follow safety protocols and communication guidelines at all times • Learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and process updates
