Be a part of our dynamic client-focused team and make a difference in your career! - Manage a portfolio of projects that deliver mobile clinical research to patients. - Primary point of contact for internal and external cross-functional teams including nurses, study sites, sponsors, CROs, vendors, suppliers, pharmacies, and laboratories. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a biological program. - Two or more years of experience in the clinical research industry or equivalent. - Two or more years of experience in project management. - Detail oriented. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office products. - Ability to travel up to 10% of time. Requirements - Project Manager - Accountable for delivering assigned projects within time, scope, and cost. - Receives projects from the Project Start-up Team to execute and monitor mobile clinical research visits through study closure. - Primary Point of Contact - Central liaison for clients and stakeholders within assigned projects. - Trainer - Provides study protocol specific training to nurses and sites through remote presentations. - Risk mitigation and Issue Resolution – Proactively identifies and mitigates risks. Resolves and documents issues in real-time. - Nurse Monitoring – Oversees nurse performance for all mobile research visits. Reviews and approves nurse activities for payment. - Contributor to Quality - Contributes to continuous improvement of all processes, Job Aids, and SOPs. - Performs additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
