Qualifications - High school graduate; college degree preferred. - Staffing experience preferred, staffing for a temporary agency or in-home health a plus. - Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable. - Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Speaks, reads, writes, and comprehends English. - Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction. Requirements - On-Call response. - Address urgent issues with caregiver schedules and call-offs during day/weekend and evening shifts, including observed holidays. - Notify Staffing Manager and/or Regional Director of Clinical Operations of issues as they arise (i.e. – when shift can’t be filled, etc.). - Provide notes in the scheduling system for all unfilled or cancelled shifts and provide information that is helpful for the staffing manager and other staffers when reviewing shifts that are unfilled or cancelled. - Calls will be returned within 30 minutes. - The Staffer will contact the appropriate Regional Director of Clinical Operations regarding urgent clinical or personnel issues. - The Staffer should attempt to contact at least ten (10) personnel who may be able to fill in for the cases – if 10 nurses are available to contact. - Perform other activities and duties as deemed necessary. - Individual base pay depends on various factors, including primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills, and other market-based factors.
