Finance Manager

• Lead the month-end financial reporting process for Call Center Operations • Prepare clear and actionable variance analysis • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools • Lead financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities • Serve as a trusted finance partner to Call Center leadership • Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities • Present financial results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to business partners

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, or professional certification such as a CPA or CFA, is strongly preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, financial management, or a related finance discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
