- Conduct in-depth research to gather data relevant to IT and non-IT projects. Maintain precise documentation to support strategic decisions. - Assist with the development of project plans, schedules, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various initiatives within ITW. - Organize and provide logistical support for ITW meetings and briefings, ensuring proper communication with stakeholders. - Maintain documentation of research findings, project updates, and meeting minutes, ensuring accessibility and traceability of project artifacts. - Facilitate the progression of both IT and non-IT projects, ensuring alignment with VHA's strategic objectives and adherence to governance processes.

• Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports in line with Simprints’ financial policies and procedures • Support monthly financial reconciliations and reporting to the HQ Finance team • Assist with tracking project budgets and flagging variances to relevant stakeholders • Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements • Perform OFAC screening of funding recipients • Manage distribution of cash to participants through mobile money or local banks • Maintain controls to ensure funding is reaching intended recipients • Maintain accurate financial records to support audits and internal reviews • Perform market assessments, ensuring that there’s an annual review of all core/common costs • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Ethiopia office, including supplies, facilities, and logistics • Coordinate travel, visas, and accommodation for staff and visitors • Support country project manager to facilitate discussions with government offices and partners to secure approvals and documents • Act as the main point of contact with local vendors, service providers, and office partners • Lead procurement and vendor management in line with organisational policies • Ad hoc vehicle safety checks • Booking training venues and supporting on all admin aspects for routine meetings and trainings • Support onboarding and offboarding of staff and consultants in coordination with the HQ People team • Maintain accurate local HR files and documentation • Assist with timesheet collection, leave tracking, and local HR compliance requirements • Serve as a local point of contact for people-related operational queries

• Own all sales & financial analytics, reporting and regularly partner with leadership, Achieve Partners and debt provider to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely and all operating decisions are grounded in financial rigor

• Lead the centralized FinOps strategy across an international multi-cloud footprint. • Design and maintain sophisticated cost-allocation frameworks for all shared cloud resources. • Manage the financial impact of the AI roadmap and oversee current model consumption costs. • End-to-end management of cloud budgets and third-party hosting licenses. • Act as the primary lead for global vendor relationships and drive enterprise negotiations. • Partner with Finance and Engineering leadership to provide "Cloud TCO" visibility. • Lead the development of the FinOps team, mentoring and fostering their technical growth.
