Regional Process Technology Manager

PPG

• Serve as the regional expert for plant technical issues by providing proactive analytical skills. • Collaborate with Technical on new product development. • Lead all production transfers among the USCA region as well as different regions. • Lead Process Engineering roundtables. • Serve as Regional Continuous Improvement Lead. • Network with other Global Process Engineering team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related technical field preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with Powder Coatings.
  • Working knowledge of process improvements, process design and optimization, quality assurance process and procedures.
  • Ability to successfully manage regional teams.
  • Proven experience with project management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams.
